Role Overview

We are looking for 3 experienced cold callers for a 1-month internship. If you are a go-getter with excellent communication skills, this is your chance to shine. High-performing interns will be offered a full-time position at our startup after the 1-month period.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate potential leads from various sources.
• Call real estate businesses, developers, and individual property owners every day for 30 days.
• Pitch JomiBari services confidently and effectively to prospects.
• Maintain a daily log of calls made and leads generated.
• Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings for the core team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Make a minimum required number of outbound calls per day.
• Generate a set number of qualified leads per day.
• Ensure 100% adherence to daily reporting and CRM updates.
